This website describes Vusha, a cross-border payments and treasury service for organisations. It is information, not an offer. Corridors, payout methods and features are described as planned for launch and open progressively.
What the client terms will cover
Organisations using Vusha will sign client terms that will set out:
- who can become a client, and the verification required first;
- how balances are funded, credited and used, and what Vusha does not offer (consumer accounts, lending or credit);
- how payouts are quoted, approved, executed and, when they fail, credited back;
- fees, exchange rates and statements;
- responsibilities of the client, its users and Vusha, including security of accounts and API keys;
- suspension, termination and how disputes are handled;
- the governing law.
