Bulk payouts

Pay hundreds of people from one file

Upload a CSV of up to 5,000 rows. Vusha checks every row, saves new recipients and holds the batch until an approver confirms it.

The Upload a batch screen: the CSV file picker, the template download and the list of columns.

What it does

  • One payout per row

Give a saved recipient ID, or the recipient's details. A phone number already saved is reused, new recipients are saved for next time.

  • Every row checked first

Names, numbers, operators, currencies and amounts are checked before anything is confirmed. Rows with a problem are listed with the reason.

  • Approved before money moves

Nothing is sent until an approver confirms the batch. Above your threshold, a second approver confirms too.

  • One failed row stops nothing

Each row is its own payout. If one fails, its amount and fee return to your balance and the others carry on.

  • Fee and total up front

The batch shows what recipients receive, Vusha's fee and the total that will leave your balance.

  • A template to start from

Download the CSV template from the app. Commas or semicolons both work, and older spreadsheet exports are read correctly.

How it works

  1. 01

    Upload the file

Upload your CSV in the app, or send it through the API.

  2. 02

    Fix what needs fixing

Vusha lists every row it cannot pay and why. Correct the file or remove the rows.

  3. 03

    Confirm and follow

An approver confirms. Each payout then moves to completed or failed on its own.
