vusha.africa sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or third-party trackers. Like any web server, ours keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, time, page requested) to keep the site running and secure.
What the full notice will cover
The reviewed notice will set out, for the Vusha web app and API:
- who is responsible for personal data and how to contact them;
- what we collect about client organisations, their directors and their users, and why;
- what we receive about recipients from our clients in order to make payouts, and the limits on its use;
- verification and sanctions screening, and the legal basis for it;
- the payment providers and other processors we share data with, and where data is stored;
- how long records are kept, including financial records we are required to retain;
- your rights and how to exercise them.
