Controls for teams that handle other people's money

Roles decide who can do what, two-factor authentication protects everyone who can approve, and a second approver signs off on anything above your threshold.

The Approvals screen: a two-approver threshold set per currency.

What it does

  • Five roles

Owner, admin, approver, operator and viewer. Each member gets the role that matches their work.

  • Two-factor authentication

Required for everyone who can approve payouts or administer the organisation.

  • Two-approver rule

Set a threshold per currency. Above it, a payout or batch needs a second approver, including payouts made through the API.

  • Audit log

Sensitive actions are recorded with who did what and when, for Vusha's team to review.

  • Signed webhooks

Every webhook carries a signature your systems can check, so a forged event is rejected.

  • Organisation freeze

If something looks wrong, Vusha can freeze an organisation's balances. Deposits still arrive, nothing leaves.

How it works

  1. 01

    Invite your team

Give each person the role they need.

  2. 02

    Set your threshold

Choose the amount above which two approvers are needed, per currency.

  3. 03

    Work as usual

Operators prepare, approvers confirm, and every step is recorded.
